When we chose to open our business locations in both Sherman Oaks and Santa Monica, it was a decision that was made easily and purposefully. We knew we wanted to be in communities where residents, business owners, and visitors loved to be – neighborhoods that drew people in and inspired them to explore, live, work, and stay. We wanted to open our (garage) doors in areas where other service-oriented businesses were established, thrived, and took pride in how they ran their businesses and how they treated their customers. What we did not fully realize when we first built our repair shops in Sherman Oaks and Santa Monica, however, was just how much we would be readily embraced and welcomed. While patronizing local corner cafes, fine dining restaurants, unique gift shops, world-renowned storefronts, and specialty businesses near our locations, we (and our staff) have been welcomed with open arms and made to feel like we were truly an asset to the community. We didn’t just want to hang a shingle out and operate our business like a silo – separate and disconnected from everything going on around us. We wanted to be an integral part of a community where we could recommend places (from our own experiences at them) for our customers to get a great cup of coffee, find that perfect gift for a loved one, or enjoy an outdoor community event. We wanted to be an asset to a community – to provide a unique service and add value to the area. Your loyalty, referrals, and welcoming dispositions have enabled us to do that. We’ve developed so many long-term wonderful relationships with other business owners, workers, and residents in the community that are lives feel truly blessed and enriched.
